Average property value in Portugal up 70 euros per square meter in last 12 months

The average price of property based on valuations by banks in Portugal rose to 1,205 euros per square meter in September, up by 70 euros last year and 9 euros against the previous month, the National Statistics Institute (INE) said recently.
