Groundbreaking for Riverfront Park Phase 4 in Newark

Mayor Ras J. Baraka, the Newark Municipal Council, Acting Deputy Mayor of Economic and Housing Development Carmelo Garcia, Newark Community Economic Development Corporation President and CEO Aisha Glover, Essex County Executive Joseph M. DiVincenzo, Jr., representatives of James Corner Field Operations broke ground yesterday for Phase 4 of Newark Riverfront Park, at Centre Place and the Passaic River, near the FBI Building.
