New bill makes driver’s licenses expire on motorists’ birthdays

Legislation Assembly Democrats Gordon Johnson, Valerie Vainieri Huttle, Annette Quijano and Jamel Holley sponsored a bill to reduce lines and wait times at New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission offices which was signed into law on June 9.
